Positioned along a charming walkway on Milioni Street in central Athens, this building has been transformed into a calm threshold, gently guiding guests from the city’s energy into a curated interior experience.  The accommodation includes seven carefully arranged rooms, each oriented to natural light to enhance comfort and atmosphere. By activating mezzanines and repurposing previously unused areas, vertical circulation becomes a spatial narrative shaped by four key moments: the reception, lounge, skylight, and outdoor patio.  Inside, the design balances tranquility with subtle urban dynamism. Soft pastel tones create bright, calming spaces, while natural materials, warm wood textures, tactile fabrics, and refined finishes add a grounded yet youthful character. Contemporary artworks introduce depth and an urban edge, echoing Athens’ creative pulse.

The façades have been renovated to reflect this identity while respecting the original structure. Light-toned and inviting, they feature glossy tiled surfaces and four geometric ribbon-like columns, giving the building a refreshed, contemporary presence aligned with its interior transformation.
